Dear Acer Arcade Live Customer,

Here's your chance to get even more value out of your multimedia software. It is simple to use, as you can update your software directly through Acer Arcade Live. We highly recommend that you update your software regularly, as new features are made available free of charge. See the instructions below to find out how to check for the latest updates.

Update Process Instructions

1. Launch Acer Arcade Live and click the "About " icon.

2. Click the "Update Arcade" button.

3. If updates are available, a dialog will pop up to ask if you want to download the updates. Click "Yes" to download the files, or click "No" to continue using your Acer Arcade Live.*

4. After you click "Yes", Acer Arcade Live will start downloading the updates and a dialog will appear to explain your status. Please do not click "Cancel" as this action will stop the download process and you will have to download the files again the next time you want to update your Acer Arcade Live.

5. After you complete the download process, a dialog will be displayed to ask if you want to install the files. Please click "Update Arcade" to close Acer Arcade Live and start the installation. After the installation is complete, Acer Arcade Live will launch again. You can then continue to have fun with the updated Acer Arcade Live.

* If a dialog message shows "No update is available", that means you already have the latest version and there is no need to update. If the message shows "Please check your Internet connection", that means there may be some problem with your Internet. Please check if your Internet is connected.
