The quickest and easiest way to resume playback of the last video you played is to select the media type you want to play in the media panel and then double click on the video you want to play in the Recently Played area.

For movies and TV shows in the media library, just browse to and select the title you last played, and then click the Resume button to continue playback from where you left off.

For DVDs and video files, ensure that Resume Playback from the Last Scene is selected for the Auto-Resume setting on the General settings tab. This will ensure playback starts from where you left off the next time you play this kind of media.
